1.How long do orders take to arrive?

Most orders will take 7-10 days to arrive. If it will be longer you will be notified by e-mail when your order will arrive.

 

2. Do you Offer Priority shipping?

 At this time we only offer ground shipping due to the expense of priority or express. This is the best rate that we can currently offer. If you would like to express order an item/items, please give us a call and we will get a quote for you. Please note it is expensive.

 

3. What # do I use to redeem a gift card?

You should always use the 6 digit # at the left hand bottom of your gift card on the back side.

 

4.Where do I enter my gift card #?

On the view cart page, there is a "Apply Coupon" box. Enter your 6 digit # in the box and an overview of the amount available on the Gift Card will show below your cart. You can remove your gift card if you would like to save it for another visit.

 

5. Can I use more than one gift card at a time.

Yes, you may "stack" your gift cards. Enter your codes one at a time in the "apply coupon" box, and they will show separtely with their balance.

 

6. How do I make a return?
